We were very impressed with his knowledge and patience with all our questions. On the day scheduled for the floor to be done, Collin, the foreman, and "E", his assistant, were on time and did an excellent job. They paid attention to the details and even put up with us coming out sneaking peeks. I also want to mention Crystal that works in the office, as she kept us up to date with emails and phone calls before the work was done and after. when I had questions or concerns and had to call her, she was so nice and explained everything. Stampede Coatings promises a durable, long-lasting concrete coating with a lifetime warranty against peeling, fading, and discoloration. Our back porch looked great at first, but after only a few years the coating has noticeably faded and has started peeling in multiple areas. This is frustrating given the company's strong claims about longevity. We reached out to Stampede Coatings for warranty support, but so far we haven't received any response. From the beginning they have been professional and easy to work with. Quick responses to questions in Facebook. We did our back porch which was painted concrete. While trying to repaint/refresh the finished project was not suitable. We even cancelled at one point but then changed our mind when we put the patio furniture back and scraped the new paint! We picked Mediterranean fleck because our house has light green paint where this is no brick...did I mention Felix? If you can, ask for him because even the installers love him. read more

Though I decided to not move forward with this service because I had a hard budget set. I wanted to take the time to leave a review based on the responsiveness and professionalism of the team I interacted with. I contacted this company, via Facebook, as they came up on my feed, an ad I presume, asking for a quote. I received a response in about 10 minutes and they had someone in the area to give me a quote within a couple of hours. About 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a text from the rep saying that he was on the way. He arrived a few minutes early, which to me is important. If you aren't early, you're late. We had an instant connection as we are both from the same area. The consult took about 45 minutes, super thorough and was able to answer any questions I had. This company knows what they're doing and I am happy to have given them a call. I know I won't be calling anyone else should this fit my budget in the future. Stampede Coatings are hands down, the best quality garage floor coating company I have ever dealt with. Before I decided to go with them, the sales agent, Cassie Quinlan spent hours of her time over a few weeks, showing me the product, detailing the process, and comparing it to other types of flooring that use epoxy, a lower quality product. This is a superior product to epoxy floors for several reasons. The website explains much of this, but if you call Cassie, she is the expert! She was kind and very patient with me when I had lots of questions. They offer many varieties of color too! My garage floor is beautiful! Cassie has come back a few times to make sure I was happy with it, and showed me easy ways to spot clean it. You get what you pay for, and I suggest the top quality that this business offers! I kept putting off having my floors done for 8+ years. But when I saw the photos on Stampede Coatings' website, I knew I had found my flooring. I had them do my entire interior along with the garage floor. Their work was impeccable and the results are gorgeous. The workers were very conscientious and thoughtful. They cleaned all remnants of their work and willingly answered every question I had. I have so far spilled paint, rubbing alcohol and yogurt on the floor and they cleaned up perfectly and easily. I had a few dog accidents occur and the clean up was quick and odorless. I even had a metal table leg lose its rubber tip and not leave a single mark as it was dragged across the room.
