When you own rental property there are always some repairs to be made... Lance Bell services came highly recommended! They did not disappoint! Gary O'Reilly, Denny and Daniel arrived promptly at the time I was given and stayed on the job until it was totally completed... and to my satisfaction! They were neat, covered what needed to be protected and cleaned up the areas afterward all while being courteous and mannerly in their responses to my questions. There was a large bathroom vanity light that needed to be remounted on the wall; a huge drywall hole from an exuberant tenant; doors that needed new weather stripping and sweeps and the front door needed repainting. As the overseer of the jobs at hand Gary assessed the necessary parts and products to purchase and was back speedily. He and Denny did work on the doors to perfection... even realigning striker plates and using the long screws that don't allow for someone to easily kick in the door. To me that's going the extra mile on the job! Denny did a wonderful job at a big drywall patch... you'd never know there had been a hole there before. The stippling matched perfectly too! Gary and Denny got the light fixture down and remounted securely all with great attention to electrical safety (not done the first time by another installer). Daniel's paint job was perfect and I can honestly say the condo front looks better than all the others in this unit! I will be sharing the Lance Bell info with my HOA to pass on to others searching for reputable, reliable, knowledgeable, and skillful workmen for their homes and properties. Honey-Do's, that have needed to be done. Aaron installed a shelf in my laundry room that I can actually reach to get my detergent, etc. He changed my AC filters in the ceiling of which I cannot reach; again, they also are too high for me to reach. He changed outdoor light bulbs I was unable to reach and installed a bulb in the backyard security light that was left out for some reason when the home was built a year ago. When he was done with those tasks, he offered to do anything else since only half of 1/2 the day was up. So I hesitantly but gratefully gave him some items to assemble for my yard, and he even repaired my Texas Hello sign in my foyer that's been broken for a while. He carried out some extremely heavy boxes, soil & mulch to my back porch, so when the patio furniture needs assembling in November for my big retirement party, I'm contacting Lance Bell! I had no idea what to expect, as I'm relatively new to the Brenham area from Houston/Cypress. My home is only a year old, and I didn't want it destroyed; I needed trustworthy and dependable and that's absolutely what I got and very well worth every penny. I had Lance Bell come out to my house in Round Rock to repair a piece of exterior front door trim that had rotted from the bottom and to repaint the trim around both the front door and the garage door including removing the old caulk and recalling the joints. I have to tell you that zi could not be happier. Roderick and Gary did a fantastic job and they were both a joy to work with. Today, May 1, 2025 , Lane from Lance Bell Construction Services came out to do a repair on a fence gate for me. He arrived at the predetermined time. He and I surveyed what needed to be done. He went right to work on the project, and had all the correct tools and materials to complete the project. I was very pleased with the work. Roderick came out and installed a new water heater. He did such a great job and he's stuck in there when he was having any kind of with getting it out of the space and when he had to adjust a part, he he ran up to the store and corrected that therefore he resolved the whole situation. I would recommend having Roderick come out to fix anything that you may need fixing because he will go do the job and if anything needs to be taken care of, he resolves it immediately. I utilized Lance Bell handyman services for their half day session on two separate occasions. Dalton came the first time, and knocked out my whole to-do list so fast I didn't even have to pay for the full half day. The second time, Chance came and did an amazing job with some difficult tasks--hanging up the twinkle lights for the patio, hanging a giant mirror so it would be level, and a few other things.
