He was always professional, understanding, patient, organized, and very knowledgeable. Alex would take the time to explain each exercise along with its purpose in my treatment which I find to be one of the biggest aspects that separates a good physiotherapist from a great one. Having exercises to work on at home was wonderful and they were always sent to me in a clear and concise way. I am feeling much better now and forever thankful for the support and treatment I received from Alex and the team and iScope.
