They had a senior scramble that was the worst most excruciating thing I've ever seen. I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes EVERY SINGLE SHOT. I will never return or play here ever again. Not only was this the worst 6+ hour round of golf. I felt that at any moment I was going to be stung by the hundreds of wasps that have buried themselves into the greens. This close is one bad week away from completely losing the course completely. Save yourself the $50 dollars and 6 hours and go play Nevel Meade right down the street. Even Sleepy Hollow makes this course look like a goat ranch. I feel bad for the young staff that I'm sure has to field complaint after complaint. Have a Marshall. Don't allow other tee times. Stack tee times. Space tee times. Don't allow anyone over or under 55 before a certain time. Whatever you do, CHANGE SOMETHING. Not only are their old guys clogging up pace of play for the ENTIRE golf course. They have no golf etiquette! One of the first things I was ever taught, if you are slow or suspect the people behind you are better players/keep faster pace. YOU LET THEM PLAY THROUGH! I wish I could give 0 stars. Total dump

Multiple salads and side dishes and a luscious dessert bar were ample to satisfy any palate. The interior of the facility was cozy and well maintained with gleaming wood floors and soft lighting. I wandered around until I found the dining area. It was about 1pm and we were completely alone. Apparently there is a business lunch rush, but it comes and goes between 11-1230. The setting made for a perfect business lunch, because we could talk openly without any distractions. I ordered the Club sandwich on rye with fresh fruit. The fruit was clearly fresh and delicious, but I wish I got more. It was a Solid take on a club and at a very reasonable price. The only negative in the experience was the lack of service at the table. I think it was intentional (again, they don't want to bother you), but I could have used more water and some mustard. I doubt I'll find myself signing up for membership since it's in Kentucky, but it did seem like a cool place. There is a fitness center and golf course on the ground. I'd be happy to meet here again for lunch.
