Always polite and explain everything and answer all my questions. Dalton even taped up an electrical wire a rodent had started to chew! The office staff is also very friendly and responsive. We had a great experience with Tim in the past with another tree removal so we called him right away and after sending him some pictures, he immediately went over to the house and looked at the damage. He was able to give us an idea of the cost, took pictures for the insurance company and FaceTimed us since we were out of state. Tim and his team were able to get a huge tree removed off of our house, cut up and disposed of in two days. He sent us videos and pictures throughout the whole process and gave us a heads up on what was going on with the damage. He also was able to put a huge tarp on the part of the house that was exposed to the elements. We highly recommend Tim and Arbor Max tree service. Tim was professional, honest and went above and beyond to keep himself and his team safe while also taking care of not to cause anymore damage to our home.

Brian came out and picked up my frozen rugs the very next day AND recommended a water remediation company that were able to start the remediation process the same day as the leak! My rugs were thawed, cleaned and dried out long before my house was ready for them to be brought back inside. The day we received them and rolled them out onto our floors they looked better than they did before the leak! When I needed 2 smaller orientals cleaned and repaired after one of my pets had a stomach problem, Brian met me at his warehouse to take them to clean and repair. They were quickly ready to be picked up and looked great with no stains, discoloration or bleeding of the dye from the cleaning and the repair to the edges looked just like new even though there was a portion that needed to be rewoven!
