You have to go through their call center, which is where I got misinformation (adding an additional procedure). When I finally got my medical code, I called one other imaging local and found out the cost was $230 out of pocket and only $460 to insurance.

The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they're always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It's very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I'm very grateful for. I've lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence's has been to me. Second incident, I ordered and paid for my medication on a Thursday 9/5, I called to see what was going on 9/10, the person I spoke with was not helpful at all. After telling me I have not had anything filled and my last order was in July, I corrected her. I explained it was ordered and paid 9/5 and it was supposed to be delivered already. After being placed on hold she tells me " they found the order and my information was not put in correctly for some reason my birthdate was entered wrong, but my accounts would be linked and the order should be delivered today 9/10." Not very professional, not sure why I am being charged for overnight shipping when it will be almost a week later for my medication to arrive. It makes me question the integrity of this business, and worry about more or even bigger mistakes. A pharmacy should be a place you can trust.
