I paid Donna of All West Plumbing over $600 to check for leaks under my house and other areas such…read moreas the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. She did not go under my house; she merely opened the access space cover from an interior bedroom and took 2 pictures on her cell phone. My house crawl space is lined with heavy-duty plastic. Then she checked for leaks in both bathrooms and the kitchen. None were noted. I explained that since I had some kitchen remodeling done, I had lost some pressure in my kitchen. I had her replace my upstairs bath faucet, and she told me I now had better pressure. She was to return after I contacted her, "Donna", and told her the pressure had not changed. She did return, and I gave her another shower head I had purchased. She put it on and told me the pressure was the same as before. The next morning, I took a shower and noticed much greater pressure than it before and explained I was very happy with it. I did ask her if she checked the water pressure in my house. She told me she had to buy a gauge to test it. She never checked the pressure in my system, even though she told me she already had a pressure gauge and didn't need one. Later, Donna made some adjustments to my kitchen faucet, and there had been no problems with it. After the changes, I noted the pressure was lower, the pull-down faucet head for rinsing was much shorter, and she had changed the hot water and cold water to what she thought was a better angle. I never complained about it. I didn't tell her to make any changes in the kitchen at all, but I did not complain about it. Donna returned one more time for some type of adjustment, and when I asked her how much I owed, as I was willing to pay her, she told me no charge. I believe she did this as she overcharged me to begin with. My bad.... I never asked her what her hourly rate was. Finally, I ran into Donna in a public Bar and simply asked what would cause my faucet to now drip in the kitchen after I shut it off. The faucet neck in the kitchen is loose now. My text messages addressed this issue and I simply asked her to tell me how to tighten the faucet neck so I could fix it myself. She immediately went off on me very boisterously in front of other patrons, telling me that I was known to be a complainer and she was not going to return because of her not charging me for her last visit, which only took her about 15 minutes. Since all of this has happened, she has ghosted me and will not respond to my text messages or phone call. I have saved the text messages if anyone would like to see them. I have not run into her publicly. This writing is to the best of my recollection of the events. I would not recommend All West Plumbing, and specifically Donna, based on the way she treated me.
