They did nothing while I was gone just the drying out to the tune of $24000. The floors were not safe! I put rugs and boards under so it would be even! My house was full of dust. I had to have them bring a special machine over for the weekend! It was miserable as I was very sensitive to the dust! They did not cover or pack. Just carried everything out to my garage. My pictures were put where they could find an empty spot. Everything was piled up! They fired their General Manager . The owner had no idea what was going on at my house.They kept changing the charges and who was going to the restoration. They harassed me , wanting more money and making mistakes .They made it my fault so they could get more money from me . Once they started with the subcontractors! My bedrooms were painted the wrong color. They didn't paint the molding, when they did I bought the paint. They painted my baseboards gray. I don't have gray in those rooms, I couldn't deal with anymore people in and out of house so it was left gray! They painted the one bedr the wrong colors twice.They wanted to charge me $700 . Thanks to Liberty Mutual and their adjuster . I was able to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks . Everything in the house was covered with dust! I did so much cleaning and packing . They treated my belongings like trash. There is so much! I'm 82 yrs old. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I asked them not to call me at one point until Monday as my bro in law had passed . They continued to call. They knew how to push my buttons . I was totally stressed all the time. They were finally proven wrong ! They left me a mess. They told me if I signed the completion paper, they could pay their sub contractors. They promised me that if I saw something wrong they would fix it! Instead they threatened me they would sue me and ruin my credit! They finally finished in June. (8 1/2 months ) I pray no one has to go through what I did. Just be careful ! Do not trust anyone's word!

Criminals. Came in to mitigate a flood in an 800 sq ft cottage. While pulling out the ceiling…read moredamaged my Laird SUP. Water was pouring through my electrical panel which by code has to be replaced. Their electrician said it seemed "fine" and they never did. The dry wall repair is an absolute joke. I watched 3 guys work 2 hours and they hung about 3 panels. They broke a perfectly good counter top which could have been reused, delaying the work by another week. They tried to install two different floorings on the main floor because they were short about 4 panels . . . delaying completion by another month. All in all it took over 4 months to repair about 200 sq ft. They also didn't hang the dishwasher drain line so our lazy Susan wouldn't turn. Finally rid of them but a breaker kept tripping. Whatever a-hole removed and then rehung my baseboard heater just laid some random screw he had in his pocket indiscriminately ... it was arcing because he spliced the 220 line. Flood almost turned into fire.
