They installed it one day and it leaked the next. I had two inches of water in it. Just had a tornado scare this morning and was unable to use it because it now has two feet of water in it. Apparently this company also sells septic tanks and they delivered the wrong product. Anyhow, Ginger will take your calls asking for service and tells you Jared will call me back. They never call back. Cannot get my $1,000 EMS rebate because they do not give rebates on septic tanks. To make a long story short the staff at Arkansas Storm Shelters are dishonest and you would be at risk of drowning in one of their storm shelters.
