As with the prior reviews- it is why they have 1.8 stars. Do not use this company. The court will take care of them.

I had a sofa sectional, a lot of patio furniture and some garage junk to be removed. They were very quick and efficient. One guy was in the truck and did such a terrific job packing everything tightly to ensure everything would fit. They were very fairly priced, and they don't start their time until they show up to the house and end when they are finished, as opposed to other places! Poor customer service, unresponsive, and difficult to contact…read more I went online to apply for a unit, entered the requested information, and was stopped halfway through the application process due a technical glitch. I tried to call several times throughout the day, using both numbers listed, and got no response until after the third call (hours later). The response was a text message. We set up a time to discuss more the next day and when I tried to call during that time, both numbers were connected to a phone that was turned off. I sent a follow up message confirming that I still (against my better judgement) would like to continue with the rental. I received no response. I hate extra space storage but I had to eventually call them and get a unit there because of the lack of response from Big Bertha (and generally the vibe that Big Bertha doesnt need my money/are unconcerned with my patronage - which is their prerogative, but is really an unfortunate way to conduct business). TLDR: cool spot and convenient location, but with poor management and poor customer service.

Excellent value. Nearby downtown. Helpful management and convenient autopay billing. Thumbs up.read more
