I was told the following Tuesday. We were going away for three days and never heard from them again and they didn't show up on Monday, much less, Tuesday. They never called or texted anything. Then two days later I finally wrote them and said I assumed they showed up to paint because I never heard from them and was leaving on Tuesday. I left the paint outside in the backyard. I finally got a text back from them (two days later...Friday) telling me that they got hung up due to rain and now couldn't make it until the following Monday. I thought that was odd becasue I was spraying and working on my own house and rain never stopped me. So, after thinking about it over the weekend, we decided if they were that irresponsible not to communicate to us, that they would also not be responsible in doing a good job on our house. We now tell our associates not to consider Dynamic Painting as they don't value good and responsible communication.
