They also gave me exercises and stretches to do at home which I still do. Both times, the issues were completely resolved. I am currently attending for a fall that occurred in October 2022. I injured my right leg. I broke the cuboid bone in my foot and am still experiencing pain. I'm also been experiencing pain in my right knee and hip. I've been attending for about the last month but because of commitments, not able to attend as regularly as I'd like, but It is feeling better already.
