They refused to let my insurance company pay the balance, knowing insurers can typically negotiate lower prices. I was also promised a Lien Waiver, which they now refuse to provide, along with a credit they owe me for 5 fans out of 27 (which seemed excessive) and a dehumidifier that wasn't even plugged in or turned on. This request wasn't unreasonable considering the significant amount involved. They padded the invoice to make it appear I benefited, and when I asked for the credit, they claimed that was already my credit. They exploit people during their worst moments. Words like work ethic, compassion, and fairness don't seem to exist in their vocabulary. Avoid Servpro at all costs!
