I called early in the morning, and asked a very polite receptionist if I could get a price for duct cleaning, and she informed me that the person I needed to speak to was not there, but she took my phone number, and told me I would receive a phone call soon. I NEVER got the call. Word of advice to ServPro...potential customers DO NOT like it when you cannot return a simple phone call, you are sending the message that you don't value their business.
