From Day 1, the enthusiasm these folks had for our project was endearing. They were laser focused on our job and getting us what we wanted. When I asked to change the finish on our hardwood floors at the last minute to a less toxic, more environmentally friendly option, my request was met with empathy not the moans and groans I had expected!! The work was begun within a reasonable time frame. Estimate of the time needed to complete was within +- 2 days. Kastle was best of 4 bids. Terms were standard. Owner was often "on-site"to supervise. Installer was conscientious and an artist. We gave him poor material to work with, and yet he was able to give us back a silk purse. He communicated with us every day.
