He called the office twice and took pictures, saying he thought the problem may be non serviceable. Next day the parts manager called saying they had to order parts so they couldn't come back till the next Thursday (3-5 pm). 8 more days with no fridge but I was ASSURED it was fixable and they could get the parts. Still had not called or shown up by 4:30 pm on Thursday so I called them. They were closed. I finally got a call around 4:45 pm from the owner who spent at least 30 minutes making excuses and apologizing for their lack of communication. He finally got around to admitting they messed up. Turns out if the parts manager or the owner had listened to the tech and looked at the pictures, they would have known the fridge was non-serviceable, claim could have been filed the week before when they first came out and I could have gotten a new fridge in a couple of days. Because of their lack of communication and concern, we were without a refrigerator for 14 days. If I could give a rating of negative 10, I would. Cons- the administration was very deceiving in regards to the overhead "fees." When I called to set up the appointment, I asked if there would be any set fees, such as travel or diagnostic fees. I was only told about the $59 travel fee, and this would be the only fee other than the cost to make the repair. Unfortunately, this is not the case. At the time of my appointment, the electrician told me there was a $333 SET diagnostic fee. When I asked about this fee and why it wasn't disclosed to me, I was told that the administration is not allowed to tell clients about this fee, and that many clients would not make their appointments if they knew about the fee prior. In other words, they intentionally did not tell me about the fee so I would keep my appointment. I needed very minor repairs that took less than an hour, so if I would have known about the diagnostic fee of $300+ than I would not have waited a week for the appointment with this company, but I felt obligated as I did not want to wait any longer for another electrician. It was very DECEIVING for this company to lie and tell me that there were no other set fees other than the travel fee. I do not like when companies try to take advantage or deceive their customers; therefore, I do not recommend their services.

Lexington Paint & Supply ( which is wonderful company to deal with) gave the number of Owner: Mark Little. After my husband calling Mr. Little to set up paint days for our farm's wood fences to be painted. Months later finally made it to our farms. It was during winter months so we just waited patiently for them to come. His two sons did the work and were nice to us. A contract price had been agreed upon between Mr. Little and my husband prior to work beginning. This work included our farm, our homestead fences and my son's fences on his property. Three different locations, all close but not connected. I wrote a check for the amount that Mr. Little's sons told me was due for painting all the properties. They even (the son) called their father Mr. Little to see if this was the correct price.. Mr. Little told his son he wasn't in his office to look then. The check was wrote and cashed right away at my bank. My husband asked me the amount wrote and said we were overcharged by $700.00. He had proof on paper and spoke to the owner Mr. Mark Little about the price of painting all the fences many times. My husband immediately placed a call to the owner Mr. Little about the situation and the overpayment. He said he wasn't in his office! He would never call him back. My husband called over and over leaving messages for him to please return his call. So I decided that I would start calling and so I had proof of his conversations and written texts with dates and times. Still after daily attempts for months to contact the owner, Mr. Mark Little he doesn't reach out to us. BE WARNED!!!! He is never in his office! Stay away from this company in Lexington, KY and Mr. Little they are not trustable. Thank you
