During the tree removal they disconnected the cable line going to the house with not even a warning. Comcast had just fixed our cable lines and resealed the box and these people just came and tore through. No tree service should ever, EVER, touch your utilities. If it needs to come down to get out of the way then the utilities should be called. This company has no customer care. They are a joke of a landscaping company. Run!

A large oak tree in my backyard split during the recent snow event and I employed T&T Landscaping…read morefor the first time to remove the tree. Tony, the owner, came promptly to give me an estimate when I called, but he was nowhere to be seen yesterday when his crew came to remove the tree. He told me that a portion of my PVC fence would need to be taken down to get the large tree trunk out of my backyard. I expected his crew to be very careful of the fence during removal and reinstallation, but this was not the case. I found the top of one of the pickets on the ground and was able to reinstall it, but the top of another picket is gone. Without my permission, and without my knowledge, a beautiful Improved Bradford Pear tree (about 10 inch diameter) at the edge of my yard was cut to the ground apparently because it saved Tony's crew time and effort to make a larger space for removal of the tree they were paid to remove.
