Bread was buttered and grilled but did not have the feel of a real po-boy bun as if it were on the old side which is strange as the place is a bakery. I don't know what dressing was used, tasted like plain mayo. This is a strong do-not-ever-order recommendation. Fries were good, probably cut fresh. If I ate in, the order would be sent back to the kitchen. My replacement would likely have been better but QC on the takeout was lacking.
