Just the price you paid. They schedule a day and time to come out for repairs a few times called and canceled because they did not have the help to come out or people did not show up for work that day. They stated they then had to order the items for repair and by that time my warranty they state has expired. The warranty on the lumps in the broken down mattress they stated they would not cover due to a stain on the mattress. They asked me to remove the stain which I did and it came out. They came out and took pics and stated the stain came out. To date I have not heard anything. They are most likely going to tell me it's out of warranty and was approved before the warranty expired. They are not a member of the BBB. Know who you are doing business with before you use them. Pay attention to Reviews and if they are a member of the BBB. They also stated they delayed getting back to me on the repairs because they were sometime opening their new store. I will no longer do business with them. Their furniture that we paid over $15,000 it did not hold up. Started breaking down before about 1 yr. For that price it should have lasted longer. The extended warranty should start after the factory warranty and they state it does not. Buyer beware
