When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.

Great selection of frames and pet toys and treats. Could use a different variety of clothes and more makeup but they can't control what they get. The prices are on par with Tj maxx. My only complaints are: 1) they need to lock up the makeup and expensive perfumes in safer boxes. (Google "retail safer boxes", SG Systems sells them). I literally saw a woman open foundation and put it on her hand then put it back on the shelf. Also people trying sprays in the aisles.
