After telling him I'm new to town and don't really know of a good tow service, he gave me the number of Mid-America towing (they were fantastic, too) and said he'd just add the tow charge onto our bill. Right after lunch, he called me back. Problem was found and fixed, and the car was ready to be picked up! He's fast, friendly, and willing to help. Only downfalls I've found are that he DOES NOT accept credit cards (meaning I have to wait two days for a check to arrive in the mail before I can pick the car up) and doesn't have a fax machine (so he's unable to fax over to the controller an invoice).

The repair was completed efficiently and the price was well within the Internet-reported average for this repair despite the repair being done in the busy run-up to the Memorial Day weekend. Brittany kept in touch with me at every stage and they were upfront about the parts they wanted to use, the results of the post-repair alignment (which I chose to have them do), and gave me some things to watch for future repairs (even though they knew I wasn't likely to be back in Enid to have those done).
