When I tell yall how desperate I was. I'm not kidding. We are a family of 5. Hard working community loving people. We JUST moved here so having "connections" for repairs were not available to us like our hometown. I came to get a routine oil change, and it was flawless. Then, my CEL and TSP light came on within hours. Coincidence? It actually was. My 6 cylinder was misfiring. I ran the codes, went to see what I could do myself and it was a lot. We have one vehicle and 3 kids to get to and from school. My car being out of commission was not something we could have going on. As is everyone, struggling with finances during this lovely time spending an extra $300+ was not in the budget. I brought my car back up here the next day, they got it in to Diagnose the issue, came back to tell me it was a fraction of what I "thought" it would cost. Mindy in the office remembered me by VOICE. She was SO kind. James was AWESOME. He reassured me on the phone they would take care of me, figure out how to make the financial blow less impactful, get the car fixed safely, and got it fixed within 2 hours. My mom was so used to having her tires rotated every time she had the oil changed that when she asked Chris to rotate them and he said "no need" she was afraid she was going to be told she needed new tires. He told her that her tires were great. He could rotate them and make money off her, but that's not he does business. He's the most honest mechanic I know! I've been to other shops but this is by far the best. While waiting to get an oil change the crew will clean my windows and air up my tires to the correct pressure.
