Let's start with...If I could give zero stars, I would…read more Considering we never heard a word back and never got the repair. For over two months now. One $56 sensor needs replaced. Given that the transmission requires several hours of work, we were willing to give this company over $700.00 to do it, since there aren't many places around willing to work with modern transmissions anymore. Wauseon is almost an hour from our house. We took it there for a diagnostic. Usually the diagnostic is included, however, since this repair would take several hours of shop time, we paid over $90.00 for it. They stated that they're very busy, and wouldn't be able to fit us in for that much shop time for about three weeks, however, wouldn't even schedule anything in the books for it. Wouldn't you want that guaranteed business/money? The shop time mechanic pay is going to be those same hours as for other jobs, no? After a month of not hearing a word, we called back to check in on the timeframe/scheduling. The gentleman who spoke to my husband stated that they still didn't know when they could fit it in, and they'd call him. A month and a half later, my husband calls to ask again, and they state that they "don't know" when they can fit it in, act ANNOYED with my husband for even calling to ask, and still won't even schedule it. Well...rude. But, ok. Unfortunately, this means we are going to have to search for another mechanic all over again, and are out almost $100.00 for a useless diagnostic. Thanks, Delle! :)

I started it back up again, no problem, but the wrench light on the dash came on. I had just driven 600+ miles and the last thing I needed was for a problem now that I arrived. I googled auto repair diagnostics on my trusty phone and this shop popped up and it was only 2 miles away. I parked, left the truck running and went into the shop and explained my situation. Steve stopped what he was doing and brought his scanner out to the truck. He scanned and found a code which turned out not to be serious. "Maybe a glitch in the system." I get a call the next day from Glen saying my car needs a motor fan . He would have to order this part. So he put the fan in the car, but does not refill my air conditioner, he states the car has a mechanical problem. I paid him160.00 dollars for a refill that I did get . I took the car to elite to get an air conditioning refill . They told me that there was no mechanical problem. So I paidElite145.87 . I went back to Glen transmission business. I asked him for a refund. I should not have to pay for a service that I didn't receive. He called me a FB , and walked away. Now the motor fan , on July 26, 2024 , Glen put my motor fan in my car. On the day I was supposed to bury my grandson, I took my 2018 Encore to Elite. I asked Seth from Elite if they could take a look at the car . The car was not running smoothly. The mechanics said this car needed a motor fan . I told them and had the receipt from Glen when the motor fan was replaced. I asked Seth if he could call Glen about the problem. Seth thought the motor fan should be in warranty, but Glen didn't call back. I also called about the motor fan 9/15/2025 to Glen business, no reply. Glen obviously doesn't take care of his customers! I am a senior citizen, who Glen has taken advantage of! I paid a total of 451.50 for a A/C refill which I didn't get ! A defective motor fan which no one wants to take care of!
