Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place. I'm genuinely upset because this could've been avoided if they would inspect their vehicles better. But that's just me I guess.

Make sure you allow plenty of time to finalize paperwork, it took me almost 3 hours to finish mine.... My experience was not good at all, and I made sure I paid for the extended warranty on parts. The dealership did provide me a vehicle within my budget, so now I'm hoping that my vehicle will last until it's paid off...

Since then they've provided all warranty work on my Chrysler Town and Country. There service department has always been friendly. This is not your typical over built dealership. They have a smaller shop with good people doing honest work. I'll choose them over the dealerships with free coffee bars and car washes any day.

The salesman and owner seemed nice and even nicer when I had cash and became even nicer when they found out I served in the military for over 22 years. Fast forward two months and a creditable dealership looking at we found out the car was a death trap. Timing cover, engine oil pan, subframe and sway bars and struts. I called the dealership and the owner told me at least you got a couple thousand miles out of it. Didn't ask if my daughter was ok and offer any help. This people are dirt bags, they put on the sweetness to sell me the car, talking about how they love there veterans and they take care of them. I wouldn't recommend these people they have no pride in self of fellow American veterans.
