I called Ziebart, had a great customer service experience with Judy, who said she would squeeze me in on Saturday morning, just 2 days after I called. I arrived right at the time she told me, and was told 15 minutes and I'd be good to go. They fit me in between appointments, and 15 minutes later when I returned, my car was ready just as they said, and the stain was gone, no charge. I honestly was a little worried by some of the reviews, and just feeling as if there was gonna be SOME way where it wasn't "covered by the waranty" and I'd somehow have to come out of pocket, but I had nothing but a great experience with Ziebart.
