Extremely unhappy. I took my atlas for detailing, was made to pay 300 dollars when the quoted price was 250 dollars. Had to text /call 20 times for refund of excess payment and refunded after 3 weeks! Except for dashboard area, all other areas were untouched. Left undone, the guy did not even clean the trunk area, behind the doors, many other areas I took pictures and sent him and they did not even book an appointment for re do Everyone be cautious! I brought my 2017 Mitsubishi SUV here. I bought it new, and it was one year old when I brought it to Johnny...while the car looked decent after his service, I paid to have all very small spots filled in where the paint had chipped, and he managed to miss one that was right on the driver's side door at eye level. All spots were pointed out to him prior to me leaving the vehicle. Also, when he called to say he was done with my vehicle, the SUV was left for me to pick up outside the shop with a large dirty footprint on the newly cleaned carpet on the driver's side floor, probably made by whoever moved the vehicle out of the shop and into the parking lot. What detailer doesn't put down protective papers on the rugs after cleaning the interior? And it took me 3 days of chasing him down to get my spare key back. Not impressed with this guy. read more

John, thanks for a great experience. I had a signature interior detail done on my vehicle. Dropped it off as soon as they opened. There was a minor hiccup in the timing (out of John or the employee's control). John came in to personally finish my vehicle's project so it would be done on time. And as for the job itself, this is one of the more thorough detailing jobs I have ever seen. I've been to detail shops all over, but the level of attention to detail here is something special. I scheduled my level 3 detailing 2 months in advance was supposed to take 2 days I dropped off on Wednesday on Thursday they went on vacation never telling me and kept my car for 5 days and never did anything to it and their only excuse was we didn't know we were going on vacation when we scheduled your appointment. Never called me back until Sunday night. I told him I would pick my car up at 8am when they opened and nobody showed up until 820 I had to wait in 10 degree weather for someone to finally come and give me my car. Extremely unprofessional. Replying to your feedback, we never discussed a foul odor and you specifically told me 2 days when I booked the appointment after you looked at my car and your website specifically says 1 or 2 days for level 3, and you never even started my car and yet you said you could have it ready by Monday afternoon so again you have confused me you just stated in your feedback my car is a 3day job but yet said you could have it done by Monday? As far as your employee being late well you were late on Wednesday too because we left your business at 805am and nobody had arrived yet maybe if you were on time there would have been no confusion, thank you and have a great day read more

So I first and foremost bring my vehicle in for scratch repair and rust protection, but also decide to get it detailed. Johnny has the vehicle for about a week. I pick up my vehicle and the first thing I want to see is of course the scratch repair and paint job. It looks exactly the same. The rust spot, exactly the same. The detailing, which included under the hood looked good BUT. He tells me he misunderstood and didn't hear me right...or something like that. My inspection was by appointment, and when I arrived on time, Ashley was ready to start.
