He was very personable & knowledgeable! He explained the cause of the issue, cleaned the outside unit, cleaned the inside filters AND installed my new thermostat. He also checked the refrigerant. I called Raney & Sons in July, because my A/C unit was blowing hot air instead of cold. They turned…read moreoff my heater (I guess there was a problem with the wiring), replaced a couple of parts, and got my A/C working again. They said to call them back in October because I would need my heater turned back on and it would need some work as well. Well, in early September my A/C started blowing hot air again, and I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since. They have not been answering my calls and they are not returning them. Recently, every time I call them, it goes straight to voicemail, so I can only assume they have blocked my number rather than respond to me. I know that they are busy, and that's not the problem. If you don't have time to do my job, please at least have the courtesy to call me back and let me know. The way they are ghosting me is very unprofessional. I would have given them a five star rating based on their performance back during the summer, but this drops them to a 1. If you can get them to actually answer the phone and come out, they are great. Otherwise, if they decide they aren't going to help you, too bad, so sad. I do not recommend them, and would advise you to go elsewhere if you want a good chance of getting something done.

Long story short he was didn't stop till everything was tested and anyways. Horrible! Would never, ever call, use, or recommend. Why?…read moreThe washer would not spin. Dimitri replaced the drain pump by taking the entire washer apart. Which he said was necessary to reach pump. During that process a small drain door was broken. Dimitri's answer was to jam it closed & "immediately" leave & run to my bank to cash my check made out to his wife not the business(?). The next day the washer still was leaking, the delicate cycle did not move nor wash. Plus that cycle temp could not be changed. Which any of these complaints worked B4 he worked on my washer. This is in my opinion!
