The grout wasn't sealed. Water didn't bead and soaked right in. The shower control handle was mounted at an angle. I paid him around the 6th of January, he didn't start work until the 20th. There were several delays of wich some were the responsibility of my wife and myself, others were snow, flat tire, had to replace the brakes and had to replace a starter. I had to clean up after his crew everyday. Grout equipment had been cleaned in the bathroom sink causing a clog. He sent someone to run a snake down the pipe and that kid said (after I'd removed the trap and poured out sand) that the pipes were just rusty and it wasn't their fault at all. I had to clean up after him. By February 25, I gave up, sealed the grout, caulked around the shower door, filled in some holes and started working on the drywall. Update, March 7th. Zach was out of town when I posted the review. He did come over, review the room and agree with most of what I pointed out. He will send over folk to complete the bathroom and is being more than fair about it. Don't make the mistakes I made (not contacting him with problems or concerns) and I know you'll be satisfied with his work.
