They had the supplies I needed for the most part, which is the most important thing. However, the atmosphere was a little quiet today. If you haven't noticed, These Staple's stores are slowly disappearing. Sure, I hate the deceptive pricing. Everyone isn't walking in to buy in bulk. They do have good occasional advertised sales, and some items that aren't available at other stores. But the best reason that I can give for keeping these stores open is the convenience of their printers that can be accessed from your phone. And their printing department that is pretty good at taking care of all of your printed marketing needs. I want to curse every time that things occasionally don't work smoothly while there. Or I forget to change the setting from color to black & white. But overall, the services here are much needed. Think about all of the jokes about Radio Shack and their salesmen that were made. I still wish that store was still open, even though it took forever just to buy the one or two items that I walked in to get. I'm choosing my petty complaints more carefully these days!! read more

I barely frequent Staples due to rip off prices (unless good sales!). A special project (custom color iron on) my daughter was doing brought me/us here today. The young man helped us a-lot. This poor kid was swamped and had a very rude customer hovering. Kudos for his calm demeanor! He patiently walked us through the whole special copy process. Sooo appreciated. I perused a bit afterward. I didn't see anything that struck me; nor any stand out sales. I will say that the store is nicely organized, seemingly clean and appealing. read more

Update your hours of operation. I went to this location at 8:30 this evening and wasted time and gas. It wasn't just me there were four others that showed up around the same time. The hours of operation are incorrect on yelp and other navigation apps. Absolutely despicable! Terrible way to run a business!! read more

Excellent service from Paige in the copy center!! She caught something that was an error on my end, took time to explain AND help me correct it (I am tech challenged) and my print job turned out beautifully! Very grateful. It's hard to find "going the extra mile" service these days, but she definitely displays that and I appreciated it! I will be back! read more

This Staples was surprisingly crowded when I stopped in for a print job last week. There was one person working the printing center and several people waiting on projects. Once I made it to the front of the line, my printing was handled quickly and I was happy with the results. Then I moved over to the registers where two employees were handling customers very slowly. Mid-afternoon Staples runs should not be so time consuming! read more

After a miserable experience at the Millville Staples in which I spent $8.18 and received nothing workable for my program in the evening and spent over an hour dealing with the incompetent workers there, I drove the 40 miles to this Staples. The girl working the photocopying area could not have been more friendly, helpful, and apologetic. Of course, she had nothing to apologize for. She righted a faulty ship. I am ever so-grateful for her help. I use Staples merely as a photocopying service for the non-profits I am involved with so I can show my expenses. These folks here are the best! read more

I wouldn't recommend this staples to anyone. I went in to get business cards made before 2pm and she told me they may take until tomorrow when the policy is same day orders before 2. Then I went back 3 hours later and they tell me my cards haven't even been started yet and that the supervisor just up and left and no one knew where she was. Because I was off of work and had nowhere else to go I asked about how long would it take and they just kept telling me "before we close" Idk if it was a race thing but I felt like my order wasn't being made priority. I will never go anywhere near this staples again. read more

LOL. I went in here with a padded envelope that I needed to return. I printed out the paper that needed to be attached to the front, I didn't tape it because they always did this for me. They have even taped up my boxes for me! Not this time. The man asked, "Would you like to use my tape for $1?" Excuse me? Are you serious? You have to be kidding me? He said he was not kidding. I picked up my stuff and said NO I will go buy tape before paying you for a piece of tape. He then put the tape down and moved it towards me and said do whatever you want and walked away. I then used the tape to tape my paper to the envelope. This happened last night and I'm still laughing about it. read more

The service at the printing center is terrible. I hate coming here but it's so close to home that I have no choice. The computer never works. They take forever to attend to you. They took my order down and asked me when I needed it by, and the deadline was today. Mind you I came a little passed noon. Never got a call back. Not a confirmation email. Nothing regarding this order. If they call me and say my order is ready the next day I'm not going to waste my time and I'm not going to pay for that order. I got my order for one third of the price at Office Depot plus they have coupons. Got it done same day for the fraction of the price. Never coming to this staples again. read more

I visited this Staples location this morning. I actually am a Staples employee in Massachusetts, and I wanted to visit another store just to check it out and see how different it was. I was not impressed at all with most of the employees. We have certain behaviors we use to make sure that our customers are happy at Staples, and I only saw one Easy Tech associate at this store practicing any of them. We weren't greeted when we walked in, two managers stood over in aisle one chatting the entire time we were in the store, and the one time the female manager offered me help, she said it in a very rude tone. I am just grateful that I work in the store that I do, because it is so awesome and we have a great team! Hopefully this store continues to work on improving, because I was seriously not impressed and honestly a little bit embarrassed for my company! read more

Purchased an office chair here on 8/20/17. Was talked into buying the 3 year protection plan by the cashier, Ashley W. She told me that if my chair becomes damaged, or gets ripped, I can return it to the store and they will give me a replacement, and that if my specific chair wasn't in stock, I would get the next model up. I then asked if I had to go to that specific store, because I live in South Philly, and she said I can return it to any Staples. 8 months later, my hydraulic fluid is leaking out of my chair and I go to the store in South Philly and they say I can't return it to the store and I have to call the warranty number for a refund. I call Deptford, and nobody is aware of this policy. The manager gets on the phone, I tell the story, and she says "that's not how it works, you need to call the number" and then just hangs up. Been coming here for years to drop off my packages. They offer UPS drop off. Today I went in and was told by the gentleman "would you like to use MY tape for $1 to tape your package"? I had to tape my label on. I already had one package that was sealed and ready to go. (Ran out of tape at home) He said I can take that one but the other would be a dollar. How ridiculous is this? The post office and UPS can spare 1 piece of tape for FREE yet, STAPLES can't?! I took my packages else where. Taped my label on for FREE! read more
