I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

They basically pretended to fix my daughters iPad, (TWICE) and it came home broken, twice with their knowledge of that. They had even admitted they knew it was broken and sent me home with it anyway. I don't feel that offering a customer 1/2 of the refund is significant when you payed them to do their job and they failed, TWICE. And then they have the nerve to ask for it back again and if not they should take the part. It makes absolutely no sense. And honestly I would boycott them just from the way I was spoken to by MIKE the district manager... who feels it's okay to yell and scream at someone over the phone and call her names .... I know a good business when I see one and I know a crooked business when I see one.
