Beyond 5 stars! !! Zack and his crew at this office EXCEEDEDmy expectations for an extensive packing and shipping job of multiple old and fragile antique items. Everything was handled superbly from start to finish, including labeling box contents per my request. All items were packed with the utmost care. I occasionally do my own packing and shipping. I can tell you these people know how to pack and pad delicate items, right down to the blue painter's tape to hold the packages shut to prevent struggle and possible damage when unwrapping. The actual shipping and delivery was also seamless. I live in Greater Atlanta but these items were purchased from a dealer in the New York area who took my items for packing and shipping to this Fedex location. Everything arrived in excellent condition; zero damage or breakage. The crew was also kind and kept me updated regarding the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend this Fedex location to anyone with pack and shipping needs, particularly fragile items. read more

Not able to scan and email documents. Instead of a quick solution, I had to log into one of their terminals and scan my docs page by page instead of just having the documents run through a high speed scanner. Wound up costing me four times more than it would have if they would actually scan and email. read more

The staff was incredibly friendly and printed my work how I asked. I had a twenty something page document I needed printed in color, front and back on 11x17, and trimmed. Easy enough and they did a great job. My issue however, was that I was given absolutely no indication of the cost of this, and it was clear I was a student who had never printed here before. While it was my mistake of not asking for a quote, there 100% should have been communication before my job was completed that this was going to cost me $150. $150 for less than 30 sheets of paper. Never in a million years would I have approved the paper stock used had I known it was going to cost me over $5 a sheet. Very very poor communication was in effect and I left completely sick to my stomach knowing I could have printed it with nearly the same exact results for WAY less. As a full time student working over 20 hours a week to afford to live this was an expense I was not at all prepared to pay and genuinely just wish the employees had given me some type of hint that I should consider a different paper stock or printing method. read more

I arrived at the store while there were still customers inside and the door was unlocked but the man working told me I was too late and he wouldn't take my package. I told him it was for my son's birthday and I wanted to get the package to him on the right day but he wouldn't budge. I sat in the parking lot writing this review and he is still inside. I'll take it to the Post Office in the morning and pay for one day shipping. read more

I used to think this was a good store. I don't know if it is the people and management or they are being forced to lie and be crooks. I had a box for a server returning a bad one that the replacement came in.They said it would collapse if they stacked anything on top of it. The outside edges were lined with foam. I put my weight on the box just over 200 lbs and it didn't collapse they wanted me to buy a new box and filler. They wouldn't except one came in this box and I am returning it in this box. Again they said the box will collapse if we put anything on top of it. Really I don't like being lied to and they had the gull to keep going. Yet when an older gentleman was in front of me the just cut his box down to so if they stacked anything on it it wouldn't collapse. His was 6x6x12 roughly. Really at least they backed off him. No I haven't quit using FedEx I just will not use the Kinko's stop and robs even if I need pens and paper. read more
