I am pretty sure I was robbed by an employee on December 10, 2024. I paid to have a stylus sent to my SIL via UPS. The lady asked me what was in the package, but after I told her, she simply handed me my receipt with no tracking. I called later when I had time and they acted like there was no way to go back and check. However she did charge me 27.39 and my SIL has yet to receive it. She lives 3 hours from me. I am not happy. Cashier# 3015838 I just got off the phone with UPS. They told me that with the address I gave them for the delivery, there is no tracking because it was never sent. Nice. we had business cards ordered and never got them at first they told us they would be ready in two days then came 2 days and they weren't ready and then they sent them off to get them right but turns out they canceled our order this is so unexceptable read more

Had a bad experience with this store while needing a new laptop. I will never walk in any of their stores.
