Super glitchy, several times a day it pick up ghost taps. On top of that the screen was made very poorly (definitely a cheap knockoff) and cracked within days. On top of that the "gentleman" who fixed my phone insisted I provide my password... creepy. I understand putting a knock off screen on, fine. But dont charge me $150. Thats scummy and un ethical. He then installed my hard drive into the replacement machine. When he was finished it was BETTER than then before! The screen was "mirror clear," no scratches, the speakers worked again and the mouse pad was smooth! FYI: shortly after 2015 many laptop developers did away with hard drives in order to migrate users to "the Cloud," thus creating customers billed monthly for back-up data storage. Dave then undercharged me for his time and effort scouring the country for the perfect replacement device. Sorry, folks, I encouraged him to charge a little more for his time. I'm glad I found Dave in Delaware, and didn't go into Powell or Columbus. The service here is excellent!
