This really is a fantastic store. All kinds of books, from mysteries, to mainstream fiction, to cookbooks, to children's stories, you name it. A good-sized magazine section with an equally good amount of variety. A large number of office supplies. Greeting cards, giftware (they have some very pretty ornaments and collectibles), puzzles and games (for both children and adults), and a large toy selection, including many unique finds I have not seen anywhere else. For instance, they have some beautiful sets of wooden play food, art and science kits, high quality puppets, and some interesting sensory and musical toys for infants. There's even a post office if you need any stamps or envelopes, etc., while you're there. Now if only they sold tents...

Every time I follow up, I get the runaround -- no clear answers, no resolution, and absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone involved. It's been nothing but delay after delay. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I honestly regret ever trusting Staples for something as important as a phone. If you value your time, money, and sanity -- DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT STAPLES. Go literally anywhere else.
