He said he could fix it and then handed me back a phone that granted the adds had been stopped but the actual phone no longer functioned properly because he had transferred the phones the e-sim to another phone and could not recover it, He deleted my entire email history for one of the two email accounts. I had to go to the Telus store down the street and have a new sim installed and they helped me recover my e-mail account and e-mail history. The kicker.... this guy charged me $150.00 for this debacle!! I went back after going down the street to the TELUS store to have them fix his mistakes and they were kind enough to help me out. I then went back to Josh to tell him I wasn't happy and he blew me off and would not refund any money. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.

He…read moresaid a package of mine was in and you come pick it up when I got there a day or two later he said he sent the package back because he hurt his hand while he was lifting it. Like wtf. Is that the procedure. This is the third time the component I had ordered came. First two times the package was destroyed beyond repair and the inside item was no good to anyone. Robert blames it on the packing. But it obvious ups was to blame. I don't understand why Robert even works there. All he does is play with his dog in the back room and ignore customers anyway. I wish corporate was more aware of Robert and his poor dealings with people or customers. He really makes them look bad. Why is a 90 year old senior hurting himself and sending parcels back after he hurts himself in the store.
