I returned to the store ($40.00 it should last longer than a few hour!) Employee argued with me why it's normal but finally replaced it. Now less than 3 weeks after the repair the screen has cracked in half. Haven't dropped or bumped my phone. No damage to phone anywhere except the magic crack! Same employee was extremely rude and degrading. Won't stand up to their overpriced product. Won't recommend this place to anyone. Found a place cheeper and half the price! And they have warranty on the product.

The young lady at Shaw did the card but was having trouble moving contacts, photos, etc. to the new device. Thank goodness she recommended going around the corner to Mobile Klinik! A lovely fellow named Edwin promptly took the phones and managed to set-up the new phone in a matter of minutes. I thanked him and asked how much was the charge, and to my surprise he said No charge but please do a review!! What can you say about great customer service like that?? For my iPhone 6, something fell on my phone and scratched the protector. Worried about my phone I pulled the protector off and examine the glass and thankfully, it was fine. The protector was folded in half, and then it got lost - I went in to GA to try to make good on the replacements that I was supposed to get (they have my email info in there after all, so they DO know that I actually bought it from them) and I was QUITE Happy to pay the replacement cost. However, it turns out their policy is "you have to have the old one, you can't remove it". When I was told I could pay a meager sum to have the protector replaced if it ever scratched, I was not told that I had to keep the old one...they offered to give me a 10% discount on a new protector...which I turned down. I have no room for shady business practices, and I will be taking my business elsewhere (and do what I can to dissuade people from going to GA from now on.)

Was mislead about the promotion that was being held for trading in a phone regarding PC Points, will never deal with an independent mobile dealer again.
