I took my computer in to have a new virus protection put on it, that's it. They completely reset my computer, updated windows and lost half my information on my computer. Never called me when they were done playing computer programmers nor did they ever call me to ask if I wanted my windows updated. And they blamed one of the 6 other people that played on my computer. When I took it back after knowing what they did, they had me leave it to restore what they took off it into a file. Still a computer I did not want. I shipped a couple of boxes at their shipping center. After I left, I realized one of the addresses was wrong. I called and they welcomed me to come in and they went out of their way to make sure I shipped to the right place. Karen was very helpful and kind. Great job! read more

Staples at 205 Applegate road suite 100, is the worst place to ship a package. I ship a package there back to Amazon, they game me the tracking number and come to find out the package and the tracking number does not match, the package is no where to be found, not even ups have any idea of where the package is. Now if I could off this company less than a 1 I sure would. Please be careful shipping packages from here your best bet is to find yourself a true UPS store and not this staple. I can't say enough about Shana (apologies if I spelled her first name wrong) and Mason at the Stroudsburg, PA Staples Store. We had a poster completed at the store for my nephew and my experience in seeing that project through was only because of Mason and Shana's patience and insight, along with a cracker jack design team whose work was fantastic. It really was an all around good experience and I HIGHLY recommend if you're needing a creative printing job completed, go to Staples but be sure and ask for Mason and Shana. This has to be the absolute worst Staples I've ever been to. Needed to get a very large document printed. The very rude person behind the printing services desk waved me over to a self-serve area. Then the computer wouldn't recognize my document and God forbid anyone be willing to help you. Finally, I gave up after being charged almost $2.00 for computer time I couldn't use. Asked for my money back and the very rude person at print services told me she couldn't help me and again waved me away to the cashier. At the cash register it took 3 different people to figure out how to refund my money. (At least the third person was apologetic. Maybe because it was a Saturday (1/23) in the afternoon and the store was virtually empty, but the staff attitude inspires me to never step foot in there again. Wish I could give 0 stars! read more

I've been to this Staples several times! Nothing out of the ordinary, but it is decent if you need to pick some office supplies up or use their printing center. I've ordered things online to be printed, had documents email to them to be printed, and have gone in to make copies myself. Everything always goes well and the printing jobs are always excellent. They also have the shipping center here (USPS and UPS). I usually come to just drop off packages, but they're always receptive and print out my receipt without asking. The cashiers are friendly and the store itself is usually pretty organized and clean. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy to find. Good Staples with fast and friendly service. read more

I tend to only visiting the printing section of the store and it's always a gamble if any of the machines are functioning. So sometimes, I can leave the car running and be finished within a minute, while other times, it'll take 20 minutes of a staff member trying to fix EVERY machine since one will have a jam, another will be out of ink, another needs to be restarted and boot up. Those times, I kick myself for not getting a printer. read more

This is the best and most well-stocked Staples I've ever seen! I needed an unusual cord set for a shredder and was fortunate enough to meet Ryan at the help desk. He immediately recognized the picture I had, and went immediately to the store stock. The customer service 800 number was little help and the woman said I'd never find the cord because the shreader was discontinued. I recommend this store for all your office needs and say hello to Ryan! read more

I made a second trip to this Staples to have pictures minimized for a deco'page project I'm working on. The first pictures were too small - my fault. Unfortunately, I went on a Sunday and found out too late they only have one employee working the printing counter. I arrived at 1:05 p.m. and was asked to leave my pictures and come back in an hour, but then was told 2:30 p.m. Since we had time to kill, my husband and I went to Home Depot to get some plants. We returned at exactly 2:30 p.m. to find a long line waiting for service and the poor employee was taking care of a huge order (looked like business cards). Another employee came to help her from another part of the store. She started taking care of the people on line. It was obvious my project hadn't been done nor started. Another store employee came to help shorten the line too and said I could leave if I wanted......I said "we already did that." This huge order was done at 3:40 p.m. It dawned on me as I waited and watched.....not one other customer was asked to leave and come back!! The employee finally started on my order at 3:40 p.m. Another customer came with a parcel post to send at 3:45 and was helped at 3:50. I received my order at 4:00 p.m. So I spent the first beautiful sunny day in the store for a total of 1-1/2 hours and out of the store another 1-1/2 hours for a total of 3 hours wasted on this beautiful day. I wouldn't be so upset if others, who came after me had been asked to come back.......especially this huge order which could have still been done after mine. My advice is - don't go on a Sunday for any services other than shopping for supplies. read more

Staff was friendly but unfortunately the printing services offered are very limited. We were told that Staples does not allow their employees to print on any paper that is smaller than 8x11. The machines are standardized. For example, we needed labels printed that staples sells on the shelf. We were told that staples print shop cannot print those labels even though any person on there home printer can do so (which is what we ending up doing). They said a local printshop may have more flexibility because they have full print capabilities. I would suggest going to a local printshop instead of staples to avoid the risk of not being able to complete a task due to limited features. read more

I am glad there is an office supply store in the area, and I use Staples frequently, but they change the store around so much I feel like they're about to go under. They have a good selection of computer equipment and supplies. I wish their office and paper supplies were as good. read more
