Unequivocally, this guy is the real deal! My phone wasn't letting any incoming calls from anyone unless they were in my contacts. He trouble shouted it in 5 minutes and problem solved. I would NEVER work with anyone else. Didn't even charge me! Who ever out there who gave this company a one star doesn't have a clue about this guy's talent. read more

Don't go to Best Buy when you can come here. My daughter dropped her phone and took it to Best Buy. They wanted to charge her $400.00 to fix it. She said she couldn't come here because she had to work, so I said I'd take it there. We weren't disappointed. Great customer service also. read more

He is not an honest person, he charged us a lot of money to fix the phone saying that it was all original parts and he put all the Non-original parts. I do not recommend it at all. If you need their services, be aware of what they offer you and what they sell you. read more

Highly recommend! They fixed my nephew's 6S screen after he dropped it and smashed the screen. They had the best price in the area. Staff was friendly, honest, and upfront! Service was very quick and done well. I hope not to smash a phone screen but if I do I'll be going there and will recommend to friends too! read more

This is the best place around to get your phone fixed. I am 52 and have an I phone 5. I had an issue with the phone not being able to charge and other stores were going to charge me 50 dollars to repair it. Turns out when I went to Oops mobile they noticed that the connection port was dirty and they cleaned it and it only cost me 10 bucks. They are honest and very personable with their customers and I will only go to them from now on even though I pass maybe 3 other stores closer to me read more

I was beyond frustrated after my iphone 6 battery died a slow, year-long death. Apple refused to replace my battery, saying there was water damage, which there wasn't. I was close to going to buy a new phone but neither wanted to nor had the funds for, plus I didn't want Apple to profit from their poor workmanship. I found Oops on line and chose it for the reviews. I have to say, I agree! For $39 and 5 minutes, my phone is like brand new. They also replace glass screens for $59, and as a mom of teenagers, I will be back! read more

No answer after he tried about 6 times. Called my CC company but unfortunately the payment was immediately processed son there was nothing they could do as it was not fraud. Day of the appointment comes, and I get a call half an hour before my appointment window from these folks telling me the parts were not on the truck, and that they can't look to see when the parts WILL be on the truck. I would think they would have known in advance so they can reschedule, but whatever. The guy tells me he's new. someone else called out sick, they are scheduling him from one place to another to back track back to my location (as another guy is in the vicinity yelling things to tell me). Um, okay. I call Asurion (because I was told that Asurion is the only one who can track the parts and tell me when or even if they will be arriving). I reschedule through Asurion for a time I am assured the parts will definitely be both available and available for my remote appointment. Day of appointment comes, and they no call no show. I'm now at about 2 weeks, still have a broken screen. If you have another option, choose that one.

Nice to meet an honest Buisnessman these days. I found Oops Mobile on the Internet. Had what I thought was a castrorphic phone problem wih my Apple 12, was ready to thrown in the towell and buy another, and sign a dreaded contract. Instead. I brought my phone to Oops Mobile, after a brief conversation on the phone.The Owner told me to bring it in, seemed to be perplexed about my problem. When I arrived at his shop, I could tell he has fixed many phones, with the vast Phone parts, and phones, tools, and visuals aspects of the Shop. After a 30 second check out, he found a clogged up charger port. pulled out a wad of debris, fixed the phone, and didnt even charge me. Service like that deserves a stellar review. Which I promised. So people, do your self a favor. if you think you are having a problem with your phone, and dont feel like dropping another $1500, Have your Phone checked out at Oops Mobile first. Today was the first time I've used Oops. When I got there, Paul was very receptive and explained to me what he thought was wrong with my Samsung 10+ phone. I needed a new battery. The battery had swelled and was pushing the case out. He told me it was an easy fix, needed a new battery. The whole transaction took no more than 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I was a little shocked that it could be fixed so fast. After receiving my phone back, I was pleasantly surprised. My phone was fixed and I didn't have to buy a new phone. I would highly recommend Oops for all your phone problems. Paul is very knowledgeable and explains things to you. If I have any problems in the future with any phones I have, I will definitely be going back to Oops to have them fixed. read more

Honestly the best service and price around. I have used OOPS mobile twice and both times left extremely pleased. Paul replaced my shattered iPhone screen for much less than any other place around and today I went because my charger would not insert into my phone. I totally walked in thinking the worst and literally seconds after I handed him my phone he was handing it back fixed. Said it was simple fix as something was stuck in the port and when I asked how much do I owe you he said nothing. I know other places would have charged a service charge. I left proclaiming my love and couldn't wait to type this review. By the way this is the first time I've every submitted a review for any business. read more

Last year they fixed my iPhone screen after i left it on the roof of the car down the highway. It took maybe 15 minutes and it was back to 100%. Now for the last month I've been having charging issues with my iPhone. So yesterday I brought it to Oops, and within seconds the nice man behind the counter pulled a clump of lint out of the charging port and it worked. He didn't even charge me a dime for me taking up a small part of his day. Oops is the only place in this area that is extremely affordable for fixes/repairs and with the best service. They saved me from buying multiple new phones and I would recommend them to anyone. It's the only place worth the trip and money. read more

I dropped my phone and broke the screen this morning making it unusable. Happened upon this place online after being unsuccessful at two other places (didn't stock Samsung screens and didn't fix Samsung). Here they not only had the screen in stock but got me it replaced in 90 minutes and that included finishing the one he was working on when I got there. Thought the price quoted was just the screen, but that was the total replacement. Great price and highly recommend. read more

I called Paul at 4pm on Sunday thinking I would leave a message. To my surprise He picked up, gave me a very fair price, and told me if I get down there before it closed he would stay and fix it. Best iPhone repair service in the area, hands down. Fast, inexpensive, thorough and very helpful. To get a new battery for my 6s through Apple, I would have had to wait at least 2 weeks and pay $30.
