Had what I thought was a castrorphic phone problem wih my Apple 12, was ready to thrown in the towell and buy another, and sign a dreaded contract. Instead. I brought my phone to Oops Mobile, after a brief conversation on the phone.The Owner told me to bring it in, seemed to be perplexed about my problem. When I arrived at his shop, I could tell he has fixed many phones, with the vast Phone parts, and phones, tools, and visuals aspects of the Shop. After a 30 second check out, he found a clogged up charger port. pulled out a wad of debris, fixed the phone, and didnt even charge me. Service like that deserves a stellar review. Which I promised. So people, do your self a favor. if you think you are having a problem with your phone, and dont feel like dropping another $1500, Have your Phone checked out at Oops Mobile first. Today was the first time I've used Oops. When I got there, Paul was very receptive and explained to me what he thought was wrong with my Samsung 10+ phone. I needed a new battery. The battery had swelled and was pushing the case out. He told me it was an easy fix, needed a new battery. The whole transaction took no more than 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I was a little shocked that it could be fixed so fast. After receiving my phone back, I was pleasantly surprised. My phone was fixed and I didn't have to buy a new phone. I would highly recommend Oops for all your phone problems. Paul is very knowledgeable and explains things to you. Honestly the best service and price around. I have used OOPS mobile twice and both times left extremely pleased. Paul replaced my shattered iPhone screen for much less than any other place around and today I went because my charger would not insert into my phone. I totally walked in thinking the worst and literally seconds after I handed him my phone he was handing it back fixed. Said it was simple fix as something was stuck in the port and when I asked how much do I owe you he said nothing. I know other places would have charged a service charge. Last year they fixed my iPhone screen after i left it on the roof of the car down the highway. It took maybe 15 minutes and it was back to 100%. Now for the last month I've been having charging issues with my iPhone. So yesterday I brought it to Oops, and within seconds the nice man behind the counter pulled a clump of lint out of the charging port and it worked. He didn't even charge me a dime for me taking up a small part of his day. Oops is the only place in this area that is extremely affordable for fixes/repairs and with the best service. I dropped my phone and broke the screen this morning making it unusable. Happened upon this place online after being unsuccessful at two other places (didn't stock Samsung screens and didn't fix Samsung). Here they not only had the screen in stock but got me it replaced in 90 minutes and that included finishing the one he was working on when I got there. Best iPhone repair service in the area, hands down. Fast, inexpensive, thorough and very helpful. To get a new battery for my 6s through Apple, I would have had to wait at least 2 weeks and pay $30.
