They've got things here that are perfect if you live nearby and need them in a pinch and are too lazy to walk over to Shoppers, Dollarama or Wally Mart. I frequent(ed) this store often and didn't really see anything wrong with it. They sometimes get in liquidation stock from other stores. Like one time, I remember they had these old Gameboy carrying cases, where the box had water damage and they were at least 20 years old. (they were for the original brick-style Gameboy) Other times, I'd find bootleg DVD's in their DVD bin. Edit: As of July, 2015, Buck or Two in the Rainbow Mall has closed up permanently. I think a Dollarama is moving in there soon.

My decision to make a purchase at McQueen's was based solely on the fact that it was a locally owned business and not a large box chain store given that you are normally given excellent customer service with locally owned businesses. Boy was I wrong! I was actually hung up on by one of the owner's for no warranted reason and then given run around for service that was suppose to be complete 4 weeks prior.
