I've had leather wedge heels rebuilt on my boots, soles replaced, zippers replaced, leather re-dyed, and a suede purse strap reattached and reinforced. They have even worked with synthetic leather to replace zippers for me. They were considerate of the fact that some of my boots are very pricey; you can definitely trust them with your designer footwear! The only issue I ever had was that they couldn't repair my coral red pumps simply because they would not be able to achieve the same colour of patent leather-- but they told me upfront, and I appreciate the honesty rather than them ruining a pair of expensive heels! I actually drive my shoes up to Sudbury (I live in TO now) when I visit because I know I'll be getting quality work here.
