Parking is an issue--they have a few spots up front (some are only 15 minutes). If you can't find one up there, you have to pull around the back in this sketchy parking lot. Customer service isn't there. The associates barely greeted me and didn't even look up. They were talking with one another. The only time I got real customer service is when I was taking too long to buy something. One of the employees snuck up on me and asked if I needed help. I felt rushed. The girl talked to another employee the whole time she rang me up. Again, no interaction. This store has a good variety of products, but the parking situation and lack of customer service cancels that out. The beauty supply isn't necessarily a place you go for 5 star service, but they could've definitely been more attentive. Just prepare for the average beauty supply experience!

I have been trying to get to this beauty supply store ever since I saw it on TikTok over two months…read moreago. I finally made it out to the Chamblee area to check it out. So, it's in a smaller building in the same parking lot as the Walmart off Peachtree Industrial. There is limited parking there and it's a very tight lot but the spots say 30 minute limit, so cars are constantly coming and going. The beauty supply store is located upstairs and from the outside you wouldn't think it was a big space, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door. The owner has made the most with the space without making it look cluttered. There are lots of products on the shelves; a lot of black owned companies too. It's very neat and organized in here and when you walk in you are greeted. Everyone is greeted. It was great. There is a lot to choose from here. I found an amazing bonnet and some things for my son and his beard. The prices were comparable to other beauty supply stores in the area too. I liked the shipping bag I was given. It was more like a chic gift bag. I will definitely be back to do some more shopping once I run out of these products. The owner was really helpful and walked me to products she recommended. Courtney is my stylist and always does a phenomenal silk press (I'm natural and this hair needs occassional blow dry taming) and my short cut & color. They use great products, tools and I love his technique. One major difference I see in the shop is the increased diverse talent and vibrancy of the staff. I appreciate that in a hair salon. Bookings are online or phone call, parking spots are across at Einstein's (I learned the hard way today and parked in the big lot next to Sprint and had to pay an event fare) and Starbucks is up the block if you need a coffee/tea although the staff here will gladly pour you a mimosa.
