Point redeem system doesn't work - redeeming 1000 points only saves you $70 - they take the price off the subtotal but they assume the tax so you don't get the full $100. It's a tricky system, and you end up paying $30+tax so savings really only about $30-$40 from advertised $100. read more

I love this place and love the people, its the HIGHER UPS THAT ARE SCREWING THIS STORE!!! 1. spin the wheel : Why are you constantly changing the amount needed to be spent to spin the wheel??? Keep it one amount for at least a month. 2 weeks ago it was $75 total. THen moved to $100 pretax and now a week later its $125 pretax. Weed is expensive enough and it was always an incentive to come into Starbudz to spin the wheel. 2. NOW YOU CAN'T STASH YOUR WHEEL SPINS!!! When i buy an ounce, and i spin the wheel, i often have to save it for next time, and now you are taking that away?!?! 3. Pay your employees more. this is a billion dollar industry and they suffer making $15 an hour AND have tip jars out??? Share the wealth. They are the face of Starbuds, you should take of them better because they are the ones lining your pockets. read more

I just left this store, 04/12/21. I came in and asked for edibles STRICTLY for sleep, and was presented with a few options. Mondays are buy one get one half off so I got my usual WYLD sleep edible gummies and asked the clerk to pick one he recommended. He recommended a brand Malek's called Dialed in Strawberry Slurp. I purchased both which was over $50 with the deal... which is outrageous. But anyway, I looked up the one he recommended and ITS NOT AT ALL FOR SLEEP. Not only did I get bamboozled, I got the opposite of what I asked for. I even asked a second time, is this strictly for sleep, and he responded with yes. I just wasted $30. I went to the Lakeview Starbuds recently and picked up a disposable cell, but the battery was dead on arrival. When I went back today to get a product that actually works, to my surprise, the employees told me that they would not replace it. When I asked if it is on the customer to be liable for the products that Starbuds is selling, the employee literally said 'Yes'. The best I was offered was a miniscule discount on my next purchase. But if I am liable for any defective or faulty products made by this company than that policy is an absolute joke. Why would anyone ever make a purchase from this dispensary again if they didn't get a product that works the only time they have ever gone there? Figure it out Starbuds. I'm telling all my friends to spend their money somewhere else. read more

So I don't usually do negative reviews however I am still feeling extremely bummed about my experience this past Saturday 3/23. Walking into this dispensary I was greeted very kindly and after a loss this week and a long shift at work It felt nice. My purchasing experience with the bud tender "different person" following this however completely killed that experience. The first few minutes they seemed cool but after that seemed extremely irritated, and when I was trying to pay they snatched my card from my hand. It was extremely awkward and I thought to myself perhaps I did something wrong ? Maybe it was cause I only wanted two grams since I didn't want to take up too much of their time ? Idk. I thought maybe they're having a bad night so I complimented their nails. Then they kinda apologized for it half heartedly. I would never step into a Starbuds again following this experience. Can I give a negative rating? Purchased a cartridge from the centennial location for twice the price, cartridge broke within a week. They won't do anything about it. They have a 3 DAY policy. This place sucks, right down the street is a much better place to give your money. Go to the superstore 1/2 the price 100x the service. Will NEVER step for in any of their horrible locations EVER.
