Absolutely shocking service. The initial call for a cab was very quick, then in the next 45 mins I had conversations with numerous different people who were all as rude as each other. The first three calls, each time I was told by the person very rudely to stop calling back your cab is five minutes away. On the fourth time when I did speak to the guy again he just said it's five mins away and hung up on me. Now after 40 mins when I called back the operator shouted at me and demanded to know who I spoke to, and then swore at me, "we're busy now, f*** off"! To say this service was awful would be an understatement, and what made it worse for these cowboys was the next place I tried (Uber) arrived within 4 mins (could have been less) the cab arrived as promised and were very polite. Stay away from Star Cars. From how they talk on the phone all I can say is that they are bunch of rude imbeciles ! read more

Do not use. Got quoted a price in the office which they tried to double upon arrival at the destination, after having to direct the driver as he had no idea where he was going (only in the Greenwich area which is surely close enough to the HQ for the driver to know the area). Argued the point with taxi driver with the driver who rung HQ and despite the mistake being on the controller's part, they refused to budge on the price which was ridiculously expensive for a ten minute journey. Awful service, plenty of viable alternatives in the area. read more
