We walked in and were warmly welcomed by everyone there, including other customers. I even picked up a Green Arrow and G.I. Joe for myself. Now we are frequent visitors and greeted by name as we walk in and have pull lists of current series that we are reading. While my son is learning about different characters that he's interested in, I've delved into the realm of Key Comic Collecting. What I've found here is their absolute desire to help every one of their customers feel welcome, validated in their style of collecting and appreciated for the time spent within those four walls. Got scammed out of 211.45$. i made an order for some comic book supplies and didn't here from…read moreanyone for a few days so i emailed them through there website and said that if i don't hear back in 2 days that i will talk to Paypal about the situation. 2 days goes by and my wife even tries to call and surprise no answer so i escalate with Paypal. this company responds within hours magically saying some BS about how their typical shipping time is 5 days. no where on their website does it say that any way their message continues on and asks if we want to cancel or continue on. i chose to cancel and we received an email that the order has been canceled but the money wasn't refunded. fine i figured that was going to be an email from Paypal. so time goes by and we are at last day of Paypal supposedly having our back so we call and Paypal was like yea i see your conversation your right lets escalate this further and we were like great we are going to get our money back well 24 hours later i get an email from Paypal say the case is closed in the Hillcitys favor. we call Paypal again and they said the seller had an USPS tracking number and that it was magically delivered the same day we escaladed the case with Paypal. listen i ordered 1000 comic book boards and 4 BCW short comic book boxes it would not have been a small package or a light package but because there is a tracking number and its saying it was delivered we loose the case. the business probably sent an empty envelope with a tracking number. total BS avoid at all cost buy directly from BCW at least you know you wont get scammed

I suggest to visit there every so often as they are always bringing in new cool things.

It's right by the tracks so you can watch the trains go by - very fun for the kids. The toy selection is creative and fun, and really quite reasonably priced. If you pay cash, you get a 5% discount. The selection is supposedly extensive, however the selection on display was kind of outdated and appeared that it had not been changed out in awhile. Also, I would recommend you bring cash. I wish the owner would set up a Cash App or Venmo account for those of us who don't carry a lot of bills. She'd make a LOT more dough from all of the college students that wander her way! Every restroom was busted, which was irritating, so we had to venture across the street to the antique store. Pee before you go, I guess. Overall, left a little creeped out but the books I found have been great.
