She often seems to ignore customers, and when she does speak with them, her attitude and lack of manners make the interaction feel very uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, I also witnessed her being rude and disrespectful toward her own associates. As a manager myself, I feel she should be setting an example for her employees and treating both customers and staff with basic respect and professionalism. I normally don't leave reviews, but after having multiple experiences like this, and being a manager myself, I felt it was worth mentioning. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience and the way employees are treated.

He indicated he would contact his distributors to see if they carried it. A day or so later he texted me to let me know that none of his THREE distributors carried that beverage. (As i said, it is rare in the US). I thanked him for going above & beyond. This store is worth visiting to see all the inventory they DO carry. My son loves this place. He is a big fan of the original style of Newcastle beer. After the US brewers changed the recipe, the only place he could find what he wanted was Marrietta Liquor.
