I found Lopez landscaping on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out and gave me an estimate that was comparable to another estimate I had done a few days earlier. Based on the pictures I saw on Yelp of their work and the conversations we had about what I wanted done, I decided to go with them. I could not be happier with the job they did. Jose and his team dug up and removed all of the dead and damaged shrubs and bushes and then cleaned the flower beds and planted new azaleas, hostas, pencil shrubs and other plants. They then mulched all of the beds and cleaned the area. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. His team showed up within days and fixed our issue with some very sturdy railroad ties that will probably outlast the house. We had one small issue with the pile to be picked up by the city and one phone call was all it took to make it right. This project was so successful that we asked him to bring an old in-ground sprinkler system back to life and he had someone out to check it out very quickly. I want to praise Ryan at Smith's Plumbing and heating. I called Smith's because another company had…read morebeen out twice to get hot water flowing through my tankless hot water heater by failed to do so. The other company said it was going to cost about $600 to fix the issue and he turned the water off in 2 sinks, my kitchen and my bathroom. My water actually got colder. Smith's is the certified Navien tankless dealer that installed my unit. When I explained that me and my family had no hot water, Ryan drove 55 minutes on his holiday day so we would not have to be without hot water over the holiday weekend . He was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. It was just an internal switch that had tripped possibly due to a recent power outage. Not only did he get the hot water flowing again, he saved me $600 that the other plumbing company was going to charge me and not fix the problem! I also found out that Smith's priority customer plan membership does not charge for after hours calls. If you need an honest, caring plumber - call Ryan at Smith's Plumbing! He's awesome!

I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.
