(Both times) while all three started at their screens. Hmmmm. When I said this is the SECOND time I've been here this morning, (I had to go to tge lobby to find a bathroom, since nobody would speak to me) a blond woman finally offered to check me in. As I turned away there was lots of eye rolling and chatting between the 2 women. Hmmmm. What is their JOB? 2nd time there was not one other person there. No eye contact, just that horrible staring at screen dismissal. Hmmmm. I've been told the docs are great here. So I'll add to this review after I see one. But it was a TERRIBLE first impression. Once the nurse called me back (about 40 minutes after arriving), things were better. They did X-rays promptly, and the PA. who saw me was very nice. She gave good advice about a steroid shot, and agreed that oral steroids might be better, since I'm a musician with a long show today. No advice on PT., only solution was surgery, which was something we agreed won't work for me. If management would fix the front desk problem I could give this place a better review.

I had one hip done in 2024 and am getting the other done in a few months. I've had nothing but a great experience and would not trust anyone else to provide care & do the surgery. These guys are top notch. My fiance had meniscus surgery with Dr. Moore the year prior and also had a great experience. It tells me a lot when my doctor is active and in shape themselves. They are easy going, personable, and ease your concerns. I've gotten a cortisone shot 3 times in the hip by Corban and he eases my worries and does a great job when I'm worried about the needle lol. Elite is elite care! If only I could say the same about my Aetna insurance.

They were very accommodating in terms of allowing me to go one time, show me all the exercises to do at home, because my insurance deductable is so high that I could not afford in person visits. The actual physical therapist was fine, though her assistant came to my side with her mask below her nose (this is a mandatory mask building or at least was at the time of my visit). When I asked her to please raise her mask over her nose she accommodated, however, I shouldn't have had to ask a professional in the first place, when the building mandates masks. In addition, my experience with this company over the years has been that it feels like a factory. They show the exercise and walk away. They gave me one small band for home exercise and sent the exercise instructions to an old email address. I'd given them the updated one on my intake form. When I called (a second time) to request an additional band and an email to the correct address, the receptionist didn't answer the phone with the company name, just "hello". and seemed very put out with my request. I would not recommend this organization.

He did not give me a full evaluation or time knowing that I spent over three to four hundred dollars to go see him. Suffice it to say that my experience there was less than optimal. The doctor I saw was competent and super nice but didn't help me much. I was in and out in less time than I was in the first waiting room at TOA, with a diagnosis (rotator cuff tendinitis) and plan of attack in the form of physical therapy. If you have any sort of sports related injury, please go here first. Dr. Fitch is my doc there and he is fantastic.

I took off work and found out he was out of office for 3 weeks and had a PA scheduled. I told front office desk, who had as much attitude and arrogance as Dr. Anderson, that the scheduler to me I had an appt with him because I had questions on my MRI. She said "oh, he does that... he sometimes reassigns patients to his PA" So they "lie" or misrepresent that you will see a doctor. Not surprising, there was no office manager to meet with, so I left and scheduled with Dr. Pagnani who has wonderful reviews. Patient beware!!

(This review is for the pediatric office, which is in the same building.)…read more We have been patients at Heritage pediatrics Green Hills for six-and-a-half years now. The office has been consistently great about getting us in same-day when the need arises, and that sense of security when it comes to your kids is priceless. The care my kids have received has also been consistently great. Another important plus: when our kids were switched over to Medicaid bc of the marketplace, they continued to see us, and not all offices do that. My oldest; my daughter, saw Dr. Mallard for her first two years. He truly was great. As she grew older, I wanted to change to a female Doctor, and we couldn't be happier with Dr. Shekarabi! My daughter adores her, and she's so patient, thorough, and really takes her time with the kids. Her nurse is also warm and welcoming. When my son was born in 2021, he had a couple of complications that were quite scary for us during his first two months. Dr. Shekarabi did an incredible job of finding the problem, saw him multiple times per week to keep a close eye on him, got us into a specialist. I am so thankful we had her in our corner during that crucial time. Our son is now 15 months old, and doing great! The office is a twenty-five minute drive from us here in Brentwood, but my husband and I value this place enough to deem it worth the drive. I highly recommend this office for your kiddos!

They absolutely did. Every professional there told me they would tell me as soon as possible, only for them to forget. They also recently changed their phone systems to make it impossible to speak to a human. If you call you will ONLY get a three minute phone tree and be asked to leave a message. You will NOT talk to a person. I am incredibly disappointed with the offices obvious distain for the people it's supposed to be helping.
