I went in with a pain in the right side of my neck and have now been dealing with back pain and knee pain and pain on my left side. Here is my email to Dr Jason Jared (which he never responded to even after I followed up) Dear Dr Jason, I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my chiropractic membership, effective immediately, before the scheduled contract end date. This request follows my recent phone conversations with your management team and two of your doctors. As I expressed during those calls, I am seeking an amicable separation of services due to injuries and increased pain I have incurred while under your care. It has become clear that the "one-size-fits-all" approach utilized at your facility is not suited for my individual needs. Despite noting my recent knee surgeries on my intake forms and mentioning it verbally, my affected knee was forcibly stretched on more than one occasion. Furthermore, the force used during back adjustments without prior loosening of the area has resulted in new pain that I did not have when I began these sessions. I also originally sought treatment for right-sided neck pain, which has now transitioned into pain on the left side as well. I will not be returning for further treatment. If this request for an early cancellation is accepted, I am content to move forward and view this as a personal lesson learned. I had only been to one other chiropractor before 10 years ago and I can still vividly remember how sore I was for a full week after that appointment. Suffice to say I was nervous to meet with Dr Josh for my first consult & adjustment but i was having lower back pain that was starting to impact my ability to so simple tasks so I needed to try something different. From the second you walk in you are immediately greeted by the friendly faces of Gabby and Jordan. These ladies are knowledgeable, welcoming and kind-hearted towards all patients and put you right at ease. Once you're finished with the warm up stretches you'll get to meet with Dr Josh or Dr Erin--both of which I would HIGHLY recommend. They are some of the nicest providers I have ever come across in Nashville. I saw Dr Josh on my first visit and was able to discuss my current concerns, explain my past experience and get X-rays done so he could see the problems in black and white. Once he had that insight he was able to create a treatment plan that worked specifically for my case vs a 'one-size-fits-all' approach I've heard some other chiropractors use. Both Dr Josh and Dr Erin are great about explaining what they're going to be doing during the adjustment (before actually doing anything) to make sure you stay comfortable. I loved the midway X-rays so I could see my progress for myself.
