Waited for over an hour before being seen when wait time was 8 minutes at arrival. When my son was…read moresat, she started looking through his hair. I asked her if she had seen something. She said no they just check everyone. Mind you, I've been sitting in the lobby for an hour and you can see everything going on. They didn't check a single person before my son. They wouldn't cut his hair, claimed he had head lice. I said okay thanks. I checked him, my husband checked him, no lice. I'm thankful though. My son was complaining about his hair covering his eyes so we made a last minute decision on sport clips even though in the past when we've used them the haircuts have been terrible. Took him to his barber yesterday and guess what? No signs of lice. Period. And his haircut was the usual best. Take your boys to 901 fades in Bartlett. Don't waste time and money at sports clips.
