Day one of the project was very smooth, he and Chase moved our furniture and worked in one room at a time to minimize the disruption to our family. They cleaned as they went, even vacuuming under our sofa (which, with two big dogs, was pretty bad). At the end of the day, they'd completed our living room and had the furniture back in place. Everything was tidied up and supplies were covered by a tarp so our dogs wouldn't get into them. Days two and three were similar. They finished before expected and we could not be more pleased. I needed a hot water heater replaced in a rental unit while I was on vacation and called CTS. After arriving home, I received the bill and it was over $1800 and did not pass inspection. The invoice has no cost of parts and states one hour of labor. When calling the company and talking to the secretary, supervisor, and plumber, not one person expressed any concern. So, if you want to be overcharged for an inadequately done job and be treated very disrespectfully when you need more information, then call CTS. They do not care!! Never doing business with them again!!
